News of the Realm: Lomasa-Nillu hostility cools

SILKFIELD- After a large gathering near Silkfield between Seamel and Lomasa nobility was abruptly cancelled by Duke Seamel, the Duke Lomasa - after his apology for the meeting's failure - took the opportunity to announce that the ban on economic dealings with Nillu nobility would be lifted.

It is said that the Duke felt the banishment has fulfilled its purpose, and that he's decided to lift the ban - not out of apology to House Nillu, but because he no longer wishes to impose any sort of trade sanctions upon the Lomasa nobility than he must. Though it is assumed that merchants disgruntled with the change will be relieved at the reversal, it is very much apparent that business between the two noble Houses will be somewhat more limited than it once was for some time to come.
